Good days! Bad days!

"Sometimes in life we need a few bad days to keep the good ones in perspective. ” – Colleen Hoover

An old proverb "A good day is known in the morning" now comes to mind and I wonder what we can do to turn things in our favor? What did a good day look like from your perspective?
Maybe the daily routines like:
• waking up at the same time will help the body to form a rhythm and balance,
• establishing from the previous day the activities that have priority the following day in order to prevent unpredictable situations,
• avoid social networks at the beginning of the day and establish connection with family members,
• enjoy your morning coffee with your partner,
• allocate time for a balanced breakfast that will give you energy throughout the day,
• practicing gratitude,
• call a dear friend just to say hello.
• read, meditate.

Contrary to the perspective of having a good day, fatigue accumulated over time, few hours of sleep, a poor diet, lack of time for oneself, work until exhaustion, lack of small breaks in activity, lack of friends and human interactions can transform unpleasant day to day, which brings discomfort, sadness, anxiety and even depression.

Behind a "bad", overwhelming state, in which there are blockages, you don't feel in agreement with others, as if everything goes against your needs and expectations, you can't find the motivation, it takes a lot of patience, understanding and changing your thoughts in a way healthy, until finding the state of inner contentment-inner happiness.

Let's have two good days every day!
