Past, present, future!

"It is said that there are three tenses: past, present and future. What a gross and damaging mistake. There are two kinds of time, past and future, the present is outside of time. And true, free life is outside of time, that is, in the present. How important it is to know this. One can only live in the present, that is, free." - Leo Tolstoy

A thought and the experiences of the last period brought me here today to this question: Is there an optimal way in which to relate to life with the help of the past, the present or the future?
What I can testify for certain, and this after the experiences lived... the past is an integral part of each of us, the past has its history, which is transmitted from generation to generation and together with it we carry the imprint in the present moment and the future, for so long when we don't try to change it. Maybe it is a little unclear to you what I wanted to communicate through the mentioned but... when we accept to see inside ourselves, the journey to the present begins in the HERE and NOW!
And why is the present so important and more and more studies focus on living in the PRESENT?
Maybe...or maybe not...most likely many of the current behaviors are due to the past "learned" from the parents, going down the lineage...and you will find the transmission of the same behaviors in your child today.
The moment you discover and start rewriting the past, at least the aspects that bring you discomfort, dissatisfaction, imbalance and start building a new puzzle, clearer and shaped according to your new perceptions, then you end up living in the present more like anytime.
Sometimes it takes a lot of work in this direction, years of understanding, acceptance, changing the past into a bright, warm, gentle, understanding present and the path to a future paved with confidence, wisdom, greatness.
But I will not end the article...here today...but in the future!

Live HERE and NOW!
